Account Deletion

Last updated: July 7, 2026

BodyPlus users can request deletion of their BodyPlus account and related app data controlled by BodyPlus. This page is the public web resource for users who need to request deletion outside the app. In this page, "BodyPlus" means the BodyPlus product. Body Plus is the current business and operator name for BodyPlus unless an applicable app store listing, official BodyPlus website, or official BodyPlus support communication identifies a more specific developer or legal entity.

1. In-app deletion path

If you have access to the BodyPlus app, use the in-app privacy request path:

  1. Open BodyPlus.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the privacy and data controls area.
  4. Choose the option to request account deletion and data deletion.

The app may ask you to confirm the request and may require you to be signed in so BodyPlus can verify the account. This in-app path is the primary request path when you can access your account.

2. Web or email deletion request

If you cannot use the in-app path, including because you uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, email bodyplusxpro@gmail.com from the email address connected to your BodyPlus account. Use the subject line BodyPlus account deletion request.

3. Information to include

Include only the information needed to identify the account:

Do not send passwords, payment details, government IDs, medical files, or sensitive health information by email.

4. Verification

BodyPlus may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a deletion request. If we cannot verify the account, we may ask for more information or explain why the request cannot be completed.

5. What may be deleted

When deletion applies, BodyPlus will delete or de-identify account data and app data controlled by BodyPlus, such as account profile details, workout records, reports, progress records, support records, privacy request records, and other app data connected to the verified account.

6. What may be retained

Some information may be retained when needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, accounting, operational, or platform-compliance reasons. Some deleted data may also remain in backups until the normal backup expiry cycle. Third-party providers may have their own deletion, retention, or revocation processes.

7. Expected handling time

After a verified request is accepted, BodyPlus normally aims to delete or de-identify active account data within 30 days unless additional verification, security review, legal retention, provider handling, backup expiry, or operational review is required.

8. Local device data

Deleting the app or clearing local device data may remove local data from that device, but it does not by itself delete a BodyPlus account or server-side account data.

9. Third-party accounts and subscriptions

If you signed in through a third-party platform or used an app-store account, you may also need to manage that account directly through the third-party provider. If a future paid subscription exists, deletion of a BodyPlus account may not automatically cancel app-store billing unless the relevant app store or billing provider also confirms cancellation.

10. Confirmation

BodyPlus will review the request, verify account ownership when needed, and reply with next steps, denial reason, or confirmation when the request has been completed.
