Include the email address connected to your BodyPlus account, the device or browser you used, the page or feature involved, screenshots if helpful, and a short description of what happened.

Do not send passwords, payment card details, government IDs, private medical files, or sensitive health information by email.

We aim to respond to general support requests within 7 business days. This is a support target, not an emergency service, medical service, legal service, or guaranteed service level.

To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, follow the instructions on the account deletion page. Privacy questions can also be sent to the support email above.

BodyPlus support cannot provide emergency help, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or urgent safety support. For urgent health or safety issues, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Some account, billing, purchase, subscription, device, or sign-in issues may also require action through the relevant app store, device platform, authentication provider, or other third-party provider.
